The Holdingford boys track and field team earned a first place finish at the Annandale Heart of the Lakes Invitational April 20. It was close between first and second with Holdingford earning 116 points and Annadale 114. Holdingford took several firsts at the meet. Finishing first were Blake Patrick in the 100 and 200 meter dashes and the long jump, Nolan Prokott in the 400 meter dash, Joe Meier in the shot put and Drew Dockendorf in pole vault. The 4x100 and 4x800 relay teams finished first. Second place went to Meier in the discus. Third place finishes were recorded by the 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams and Caeleb Johnson in the shot put.

Pierz Meet
Despite not competing in several events, the Husker boys track and field team finished third among seven teams at the Pierz meet. Earning first place finishes were Nick Kruger in the 110 meter hurdles (tied), Blake Patrick in the long jump, Drew Dockendorf in the pole vault and Joe Meier in the shot put. In second place were the 4x200, 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams, and Caeleb Johnson in the shot put. Finishing third was Kruger in the 300 meter hurdles.
